Knit your self a collection of adorable autumn animals to keep your and your boots company this fall. These stylish critters are complete with ears and tails. Each has a color work chart that is east to work in stockinette stitch in wooly Brooklyn Tweed Loft.
Forest Raccoon: sweatshirt (MC), snowbound, cast iron, and postcard. I didn’t use fossil (I used snowbound) but I accidentally listed it in the yarns on the pattern.
Woodland Bear: pumpernickel (MC), cast iron, and postcard. I also didn’t use fossil in my original knit but I realize now that the random ball of barn owl I have left over I originally used just on the lighter muzzle part of the bear. Fossil would work just as well and would save you from buying an extra skein of yarn in whatever you choose. If you like the lighter barn owl brown instead of the whiter fossil, you would also be able to get another critter out of that skein such as another rabbit or a lighter brown bear.
