Each pattern contains a link to my supporting YouTube tutorial which includes helpful timestamps, so if you get stuck on a certain aspect of the pattern then the video can be used to help guide you.

I use aran yarn and a 4mm crochet hook in all of the patterns. This should result in finished toys between 12cm (shortest character Shooky) and 22cm (tallest character Tata) tall. Other yarn weights can be used for these patterns, just make sure you size up or size down your hook as required and be aware that this will result in a different sized finished toy.

Each pattern requires slightly different materials and colours, but in order to make all 8 of the patterns you will need:

• Aran yarn in a variety of colours
• 4mm crochet hook
• Felt (black, white & pink)
• Fabric glue
• Safety eyes
• Safety noses
• Embroidery thread (black)
• Stuffing
• Yarn needle
• Scissors

Of course, many aspects of the pattern can be substituted if you do not have access to certain materials (e.g. noses can be embroidered rather than using safety noses, felt can be sewn down rather than glued).
