This e-book is one of my 5 e-books with projects in Overlay Crochet technique: E-Book No. 1 - in the kitchen.

Overlay Crochet is deeply rooted in cable and Aran crochet. It creates effects that can only with difficulty be made with traditional techniques. You have symmetrical patterns overlaid with different floral, linear or geometrical patterns as you may find on traditional mosaics, tiles or even mandalas.

The e-book No. 1 - in the kitchen consist of 3 patterns:

Potholders
Coaster

For all 3 projects I used cotton yarn (yarn weight: fingering /sport; yardage: 136 yds.; weight: 1.76 ounce) and the hook 3.0 mm.

The patterns are featured with detailed instructions. Each round of the projects will be explained through a written instruction and one or more pictures (41 pages).
The patterns contain comprehensive information on supplies, abbreviation keys, stitch dictionary, stitch count and extra notes to help explain the process.
