The creative process is the inspiration behind the mitt set, which is a visual representation of the journey one takes in finding yourself, along with the people and the moments that leave their mark. The centerpiece was inspired by a vintage cross stitch image, this starting point was an intention inclusion, a testament to one’s origins and early beginnings. How the image changed and grew, how it evolved over the years I worked on this, and the two, complementary, yet, different designs that emerged were a symbol of the movement and growth that continues throughout our journey and lives.
