For many of the patterns, this publication uses old European needle sizes, to wit:
2/0 = 1.25 mm
4/0 = 1.5 mm
6/0 = 1.75 mm
8/0 = 2.0 mm
10/0 = 2.5 mm

Where needle size is given in the form “nr. 3” I have assumed this is mm size.
