My kids, like most kids love to catch and investigate bugs, they especially love to catch butterflies and moths in a net and then keep them as pets in a jar.
This Mystery knit-a-long has been inspired by these amazing insects, which transform from ravenous caterpillars to beautiful butterflies and moths. This process called metamorphosis is a mystery in its self and wonderful process to teach our children about.
As this is a Mystery knit-a-long, the pattern will be released in stages, four clues in total. So please do not share work-in-progress photos until the next clue is up to ensure the mystery is maintained.
Mystery Butterfly and Mystery Moth are both short sleeved garment which can be knit in solid, semi-solid or gradient yarn; it is the girls pattern for this MKAL. Written in sixteen sizes from Newborn to 12 years, and is completely seamless, this pattern is available in DK/8ply yarn.
