The Mighty Mitts and Flap Caps continues with the seamless, practical, explicit directions knit with readily-available yarn that has always been a central theme of Cottage Creations. Cap and Mitts Sets are presented in five sizes, from small child to large adult and in two versions. The first version is a very basic two-color theme and the second is patriotic in red, white and blue. A bonus is a holiday variation.

This very warm cap and mitt set comes in two versions – a Nordic theme and a Mighty Patriotic Theme. A knitter could certainly improvise the pattern into team or school colors, or just colors to match a favorite winter jacket. I don’t often suggest a particular yarn, but Brown Sheep worsted used double really worked up well on this pattern.
