The border that is around the cats, the little monster (Germ), and the scary tree (Pumpkin) can be used with similar patters. Each cat, monster, and tree can be mixed and matched and used in different patterns.
If you’re making a vertical project like a throw or a blanket, the color scheme also allows to stack patterns on top of each other, having a color gradient go from dark to light, and then back from light to dark.
