The Rios Rocks Volume One Collection was inspired while watching the opening ceremony of the recent Rio Olympic Games. The idea lead to creating a collection of six hats using the colours from the olympic rings, with the 6th hat design in stranded colourwork using all the colours together.

The patterns are aimed at beginners/improvers and textured stitch patterns have been used to let the depth of the malabrigo yarn shine through. Each hat comes in three sizes and they would make perfect last minute gifts as each only takes a few hours to make.
