Eleven designs, several classical, some designs easier, none are difficult! You never carry more than two colors at a time or carry a second color more than five stitches.
Materials • Sport weight wool, preferably Norwegian sport yarn. Every one of the eleven patterns takes at least two colors of yarn, at least 150 grams (3 balls); more for those requiring 3 or more colors. • 16” circular need in size 2, 3, or 4, whichever works to attain gauge. • Double-point needles in same size as circular • Tapestry needle
Sizes:
Toddler (1, 2, or 3 years)
Child Small (6-8 years, 18” circumference)
Child Medium (10-12 years, 19” circumference)
Child Large (14-16 years, 20” circumference)
Adult Small (21” circumference)
Adult Medium (22” circumference)
Adult Large (23” circumference)
Gauge: 6 sts = 1” using sport weight yarn.
Skill level: Intermediate. Helpful if knitter has had experience with stranded knitting.
