Say hello to Dora the Diplodocus and Tina the Triceratops. They are best friends and they love to stomp around and they think its very funny when the ground shakes. The thing they enjoy most is having a good cuddle. These dinosaurs are made as one piece from neck to toes, so no fiddly legs to sew on, and they can easily stand alone.

This is an intermediate/advanced level pattern, some crochet knowledge is required. Not recommended for complete beginners, but the pattern does include detailed step by step instructions and pictures to help you.

Using the materials suggested the diplodocus measures 24cm (9½in) tall and the Triceratops measures 19cm (71/2in) tall. Any yarn can be used with this pattern with an appropriate size crochet hook to create a tight tension, although other yarns may affect the size of the finished dinosaur. Suggested materials: 4ply 100% cotton yarn, 2.5mm crochet hooks, toy stuffing and 8mm safety eyes.
