This pamphlet appears to be a facsimile of an older publication.
I think it is a reprint of the Priscilla Irish Crochet Book No. 1, published in 1912. The first few pages of each match. The front matter is missing and the cover page has the same layout as the Priscilla book’s title page -- without identifying the source of the older publication.
There are many figures and photographs. Many patterns for edgings, motifs, and finished items.
