The Woodland Passage Collection is inspired by my adventures in the forest as a child and embodies the warmth and nostalgia of happy memories. Terra Firma is inspired by moss, pinecones, and leaves that you see on the forest floor, and the diamonds symbolize the interconnected path of how our past leads us to the present. It weaves together seed stitch, lace leaves, twisted stitches, and icord into enchanting and delightful accessories for your wardrobe.

Ascent : Life in the understory is an illustration of strength and resilience, of keeping watch for opportunity and seizing it when it appears. It’s an illustration of taking advantage of small growth opportunities while aiming for the desired destination.

Ascent uses textures that grow, punctuated by a mesh lace that mimics light being let in nurturing that growth. The short-repeat stitch patterns create a meditative quality that allows you to reflect on the growth catalysts in your own journey, while the changing textures spur you on to your next musing adventure.

Breakthrough - After the ascent from the understory, trees enjoy abundant light and nutrients in the canopy layer. No longer struggling for scarce resources, they can be content and comfortable.

The braids in this design are a reminder to appreciate our roots and interconnectedness to those who have sacrificed before us to pave the way for a better life. The leaf motif symbolizes the breakthroughs in our lives and the hope we can offer by sharing our light through openings in the shadows.
