This pattern was kinda funky. I used a thinner yarn and smaller hook, but expected it to just scale down. All the row proportions were waaay off from the pattern photos. Maybe just because I crochet tightly, but I’m skeptical that that’s all it was. I added rows to just about everything, and completely redesigned the legs from the ankle up.

All in all, though, I love how the bunny turned out. (I’m especially proud of the freehanded legs!) And it’s always a joy to make surprise gifts for friends. :)
