Heavily inspired by the linked project, but really just winged it based on the photos. Used fingering weight yarn held double, cast on 119 st (20 per peakfor the first 5 peaks, and 19 for the 6th peak) provisionally, knit the top of the hat, then picked up the live stitches and knit down for the folded brim.
