This sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down.
Start with the neckline in rib pattern, then work the neckline shaping with a few short rows (no wrap and turn, no German short rows - just slip stitches = very easy!), and continue knitting in the round and form the shoulders. Now you have finished the concentration-part, from here on it will be a relaxed project.
The upper body is worked down, incorporating the sleeve bells and increases for armholes, then sleeve-stitches are placed on hold and the body is worked down to desired length. For the perfectly fitting sweater, the pattern includes options for straight, A-line shaping or waist shaping and optional bust darts.
The sleeves are worked in the round to desired length.
To finish, you may work an additional turtle neck with a modern layering effect.

Der Pullover wird nahtlos von oben nach unten gestrickt, das lässt die Möglichkeit zu Anprobe und Anpassungen an die persönlichen Bedürfnisse.
Erst wird das Kragenbündchen gestrickt. Nach ein paar Reihen für den Nacken wird in Runden fortgesetzt, wobei gleichzeitig die Zunahmen für die Schulterbreite gearbeitet werden. Nun ist der Konzentrations-Teil vorüber und entspanntes Stricken angesagt.
Der Oberkörper wird im Rippenmuster gearbeitet und gleichzeitig die Armkugeln mitgestrickt. Nach der Formung der Armausschnitte werden die Ärmel-Maschen stillgelegt und der Körper in gewünschter Form nach unten gestrickt. Anpassungen sind jederzeit möglich.
Zum Schluss die Ärmel in Runden zur gewünschten Länge gestrickt.
