Notes

Making these in Spartan green and white for my mother-in-law, who is a big MSU fan. Using Shepherd’s Wool, which is a Michigan made wool and it’s made up in East Jordan (Charlevoix area), which is where my MIL’s cottage is located.

Using Magic Loop instead of dpns. Pattern is nice because you get a two color look without having to strand! I do so much stranding work, that this is really a pleasure. The mittens are done in a slip stitch and the pattern makes for a very thick and lofty mitten.

Quick knit and very nice in this wool.
