All yarn plans went out the window when Chae said her favorite colors are red and green. Yes, I cringed- until HOY helped me find non-repulsive reds/greens. :)

2-21: I didn’t mean to put the cables on the band because I do not like the makin’ of the cables, but at the last minute- I did ‘em and they are well worth it. But I am glad they are done. I really don’t like making cables. :)
2-22: Elephants are done.

2-23: finished! I “flattened” the top so it isn’t so big. sorta/kinda followed the instructions that Sekini (Ravelry name) so generously shared with me. Changed it up a bit to look a little like a Chinese box top.
