Love this pattern! It’s very wearable, just enough bling, and with the stockinette body you can wear it in a scarf fashion without losing the drama of the lace. The cables without the cable needle were fun and easy to do and add some textural interest. The beaded “arches” reminded me of the beautiful architectural remains of Medieval churches we visited in England.

Myuki Union 6/0 beads Black Vitrail. I was careful to place the beads all in the same direction so they look black from one view and a rainbow silver from the other.

As I knit on the loose size I usually go down a needle size throughout. However, my Mini Maiden choice was a bit heavier than the heavy lace, so I used the needle sizes as called for in the directions.

With my leftover yarn I was able to make a small Dappled Light using some Shadowdancer remains for the stripes.
