I started this one on 5-21-11. I’ve got all the center stars done (391), and some bordered with black. Still have a long way to go. I’ll probably do all the squares and wait until the Fall to assemble the afghan.

The photo is from the magazine, I’ll get one of my own when more is completed.

5-30-11 I’ve got 102 stars bordered with black now.

9-10-11 - I’m still working on this one, but have been interupted by a tablecloth for my son’s wedding. I’ got 170 bordered with black now.

9-23-11. I have 204 bordered with black now.

11-13-11. I have 306 of the stars bordered in black now. Had to go out and buy another Caron One Pound of black.

11-24-11 I have all the stars bordered now, time to start joining them all.

11-27-11 I have 5 out of 23 strips sewn together now. I added a progress picture.

1-15-12 I have 13 strips sewn together now. The picture only shows 11 cause I did two more this morning.

1-24-12 All the strips are together now. I have started sewing the rows together.

2-11-12 I have everything joined now. Just have to do the border rows.

2-14-12 Yeah! It’s finished!
