This hat resulted from Kara Gott Warners Stitchucation Short-Row Challenge.

I did my “homework”, working short rows for the Day 1 Challenge. Once I had a few wedges form to a round, it looked like it wanted to be a hat, so I added opposite wedges to form the “body” of the hat.

Still needs to block, but the pictures should give you the idea.

First picture: Shows top round.
Second picture: Shows “body” wedges travel.
Third picture: Shows where the wedges meet in the back.

Note to myself: Notes on small white notepad.

Note to reader: The hat of course does not need 5 balls of Ultra Wool. The total weight of the hat is 2.7oz, so less than one ball in total. Great project for leftovers!
