I’d originally intended to sell these in my Etsy shop. When I sewed in the ends of the first sock, I realised that I’d somehow managed to drop a gusset stitch when I work it in the SSK of the heel flap. I was able to catch and repair it, but it’s not perfect. Also, there’s a fluffy bobble on the yarn on the second sock, so that’s not ideal either.

I’m glad I made these in my size! I’ll keep this pair, and they’re good enough to use for photos for a pre-order listing.

I really like the colour of this yarn. The muted colours are strikingly different to the usual bright sock yarns.
