→ J’ai crocheté ces anses pour remplacer celles d’origine en simili cuir du sac à broder DMC qui se sont déchirées.

→ J’ai utilisé de la Drops Paris et un crochet 4mm pour crocheter la anse ainsi que de la Distrifil Deco 8 et un crochet 1,75mm pour réaliser le renfort intérieur en point Roumain. J’ai ensuite cousu les anses au sac avec du fil à coudre en coton gris et une aiguille à coudre à la main.

→ Une anse mesure environ 48cm de long.

→ J’aime beaucoup le rendu des anses crochetées, ça donne un autre côté unique à ce petit tote bag ! De plus, elles sont bien solides et supportent le poids du contenu du sac. Plus de risque de déchirure maintenant !

→ I crocheted these handles to replace the original leatherette ones on the DMC embroidery bag, which had torn.

→ I used Drops Paris and a 4mm (G) crochet hook to crochet the handle, and Distrifil Deco 8 and a 1,75mm crochet hook to make the inner reinforcement in Romanian stitch. I then sewed the handles to the bag with grey cotton sewing thread and a hand sewing needle.

→ One handle is about 48cm (18.9”) long.

→ I really like the look of the crocheted handles, which give another unique touch to this little tote bag ! Plus, they’re sturdy enough to support the weight of the bag’s contents. No more risk of tearing !
