I did my now-normal needle changes of using a smaller needle for the cuff and top/fingers of these mitts, with a larger needle for the stranded part of the palm and back of hand. As always, I’m especially tickled by the attention the Starmores pay to every part of their pattern, and using the thumb gusset as an additional, unique pattern element!
