Notes

Picked up sleeve stitches at a rate of 3 stitcher for 4 rows, knit on a 3.25 mm needle to end up with looser sleeves and decreased every 6 rows. Sleeves had too many stitches at the cuff so I worked one row where I decreased 10 stitches to make a closer fitting cuff.

I also picked up at a rate of 3 stitches for 4 rows when picking up for the neckband ribbing.
