this yarn was on sale $1 per skein. it is a little difficult to user black yarn since it is too dark, but in the end it looks very nice and bright. Originally I did not plan to make the sweater in two colors. But is did not buy enough yarn the first time and when I return to the store I black was not available and I ended up with pink.
