2/20 - All done! I like this pattern. The blanket is very warm. Just need to trim the fringe and throw it in the wash and then it will be given to my dad.

2/16/13 - Sixth row of diamonds finished - just one more to go and the border. The blanket’s coming out bigger than I thought. All the better for sharing!

2/11/13 - Fifth row of diamonds finished, same color pattern as the third row. I like how the stripes are coming out.

2/6/13 - Fourth row of diamonds finished. Now I’m just repeating the first three row of diamonds so that the blanket will be symmetrical.

2/2/13 - Third row of diamonds finished. Almost halfway there! Really hope to get this finished by the end of the month.

1/27/13 - I’ve finished the second row of diamonds.

1/22/13 - I’ve finished the beginning black border and one row of diamonds. At this rate I hope to finish the blanket by the end of February or early March.

1/15/13 - This is for my day’s birthday, which has already passed. I can’t say meeting deadlines is my strong suit! He likes Native American culture, so I looked at many pictures of Navajo rugs and settled on these colors. It might not be authentic, but I like the warm colors with the pop of blue.
