I made this shawl for my daughter to wear for her February wedding. The mohair created a beautiful bloom. The cables made it interesting. My daughter is a size small. It is easy to extend the size of this shawl by adding cable sections. Gauge isn’t terribly critical since it is not a fitted garment.
The lavender shawl was made with Rowan Kid Silk Haze and Manos Del Uruguay Serena (60% Baby Alpaca, 40% Pima Cotton) 170yds/50g. 3 skeins of each, yarns held together.
