Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I originally designed this hat for American Girl Dolls years ago, but recently was looking at it again and decided it would be super fun as a human sized hat. I had to change the rise a little, as dolls have very different shaped heads (I chalk it up to the lack of brains!)
Knitting: Ankle Sock
While on the journey for the perfect sock for myself…I knit a LOT of socks. I started looking for something like my favorite tennis shoe socks (of course they were machine made) and that began the process of writing my first sock pattern.
Knitting: Decorative - Other

Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This pattern was written specifically for a Heather Ellis Art Trunk Show at A Little Knitty. Her worsted weight yarn in the Salt Lamp colorway kept screaming at me that it needed to be a hat!!!
Knitting: Cowl
The Fresh Air Cowl was written for our Spring 2021 Mystery box private label yarn called “Open Window”.
Knitting: Throw
I won’t lie, I want to be a quilter, my sewing machine just disagrees!! I created this pattern to utilize all the mini skeins in the TRILOGY YARNS 2020 ADVENT CALENDAR along with the 100g skein as an optional border. It’s fun to take the little squares with you, especially nice during the summer when you want a small project. When all 48 square...

Materials: 1 skein Malabrigo Mechita – 100g/420 yards – 100% Superwash Merino (single ply)
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
We designed this fun hat to celebrate Small Business Saturday 2019. It uses a very soft and fun faux fur and a luxurious Cotton-Merino. Keep warm and look adorable!

Crochet: Cowl

Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The Emily Shawlette was written especially for the Spring 2019 PNW Yarn Crawl for A Little Knitty. It is a great one skein wonder for those skeins you purchase that just BEG to go home with you but you aren’t quite sure what to use it for. It includes all my favorite things, garter, mesh and i-cord….including an i-cord ring that allows you to p...
Crochet: Cowl
A Little Meshy Cowl is simple in structure, but looks great as a pop of color, without adding too much warmth.
Knitting: Scarf
Available exclusively with your passport at A Little Knitty during the Slow Yarn Crawl from May 24- Sept 2, 2019.
Knitting: Earwarmers
This cozy earwarmer is an easy knit, perfect for traveling or meditative knitting (my favorite). The pattern is knit flat then gathered. Yarn is wrapped around the seam…so your seaming doesn’t have to be pretty…it will never be seen! ;)
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
This fun spa cloth was designed for our Girls Night Out…lots of scrub appeal and great paired with handmade soaps!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Thank you so much for your support of this pattern! When I published it, I made it free for the first week. If you miss it, be sure to follow me on Instagram for my next free week!! Thanks so much for supporting my work!
Knitting: Decorative - Other
Pumpkins are super fun to make, especially when you finish them off with a cinnamon stick stem!!!
Knitting: Cowl
This squishy DK cowl was inspired by bees. We even used ‘Queen Bee’ and ‘Nectar’ from Hula Hut!
Knitting: Cleaning - Other
This fun face scrubbie was created with Cotton Supreme in mind! It takes a tiny bit of cotton and makes a great reusable face scrubbie.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
If you know my designs, you know I LOOOOOOVE garter. I haven’t always been garter crazy (it seemed like a beginner stitch, and I wanted to knit something more difficult) but there are times when a simple garter stitch scarf/shawl looks so gorgeous, is squishy and cozy and the PERFECT project for social/TV knitting.
Knitting: Baby Blanket
I love simple patterns that I can bring with me to social knitting and binge watch Netflix shows. This baby blanket is the perfect project for those things. Pattern is very memorizable yet being knit on the bias gives it a bit more excitement. And color blocking just looks classy in my opinion! ;)
Knitting: Baby Blanket
We brought this super fun Major yarn into the shop and needed a great one ball project. This is SUPER simple (basically a very large dishcloth pattern) that works up quickly but really lets the beauty of the yarn shine through! Any bulky yarn will work, but we highly suggest Major by Universal!!
Knitting: Hanging Ornament
Christmas Ornaments are so much fun to knit, and if you are invited to ornament exchanges around the holidays…it’s super fun to bring a handmade ornament. AND it’s a great stash buster…just use worsted weight yarns you have laying around in your stash!
Knitting: Baby Blanket
This pattern is a fun knit for any baby in your life! Choose a main color for the middle and a contrasting color for the edging. You will need to pick up the stitches on the edges to complete the blanket…but since the edge stitches are all knit, this is a breeze! The body of the pattern consists of a 12 row repeat and is easy to memorize.
Knitting: Earwarmers
This simple ear warmer is worked from end to end….beginning with just a few stitches and ending with just a few. You can easily sew the ends together or create a short i-cord that creates the button hole! Great for heads of any size, but this pattern is for adults (just knit less rows for smaller heads!!!) Works up fast and makes a fun gift!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat pattern includes two styles. The first is ribbed all the way to the top and cinched, the second has a ribbed brim and decreases more slowly.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
A few years ago I designed a ponytail hat and now it’s totally a THING…so I reworked it to have a larger hole so that you can take the hat on and off over your top knot.
Knitting: Cowl
I love a cowl that is textured and has enough going on that I don’t lose interest while I’m knitting it. This oversize cowl is super cozy for those cool autumn days and can even be worn as a hood while you brave a fall soccer game.
Knitting: Cowl
This pattern is insanely simple…it’s the yarn and the finishing that makes it awesome!!
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This shawl may intimidate a newer knitter, but I promise it’s simple and chic!!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat is designed to look like an experience knitter tackled it, but great for a novice knitter!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat has been a huge hit with my advanced beginner students! It’s a great way to learn about stranded color work without feeling overwhelmed or like you need 12 hands!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This chemo cap was developed for my mom as she lost her hair and needed to keep her head warm, but not too warm. The fan detailing allows it to breathe a bit and I highly recommend a yarn like Cumulus that is the perfect softness for a hat that will be worn directly on sensitive skin.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque, Ball
I watch Pokémon Go fans throwing virtual pokeballs all day outside my shop window…so I just had to create a Pokeball! After that I decided it needed to be made into a newborn hat too!!
Knitting: Cowl
This cozy cowl looks adorable and will keep you warm this winter. Knit up a few and give them as gifts!!
Knitting: Cowl
When I designed this pattern the little “bubbles” in the pattern reminded me of my very bubbly friend, Carrie….so that is how it came to be the Carrie Cowl!
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Fun Dishcloth that knits up fast. Great for a beginner who is working on knitting and purling and reading graphical patterns
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat makes for a fun baby shower gift or a fall themed newborn photography shoot.

Great cowl to accessorize any outfit this fall. Yarn Overs are used to make a fun diamond pattern…and makes the cowl light and airy.
Knitting: Cowl
Great cowl to accessorize any outfit this fall. Use two contrasting colors or looks great with two shades of the same color (I love it with a light and dark grey)
Knitting: Cowl

Simple and quick knitting pattern for a Christmas Tree Dishcloth. All you need to know is how to knit & purl!
Knitting: Hats - Other
The ‘Evan’ hat started as a little beanie hat…but soon it morphed into an adorable night cap that is perfect for newborn photography sessions!
Knitting: Earflap Hat
The ‘Danielle’ Hat with ear flaps is a fun hat to knit up and give to the little one in your life this winter. The hat fits from ages 3 months to 12 months. Flip the brim up for the smaller size and flip it down as they grow! In the photo I used a variegated yarn to add a little something different to the hat. You can knit the ear flaps in the ...
Knitting: Hats - Other
This slouch hat knits up fast and has a little funky twist, but I promise you an intermediate knitter will have no problems! I will be posting a video on my blog, if you need it before it is posted, just let me know!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This adorable pumpkin hat is great for babies due in the fall and is ALWAYS a crowd pleaser at baby showers…and it now includes 5 sizes total!!!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Great hat with tons of texture. Pattern is simple enough to follow along easily, but not get bored. This pattern was inspired by, and named after, Emma from ‘Once Upon A Time’. I saw some of her adorable hats on the show and just HAD to design something that had fun textures.
