Inspired by the Iratus bug in the Science fiction show, Stargate Atlantis. The lace motif looks like the back of one of these bugs.

I first made this chart so I could make a pair of socks for my brother for his birthday. He’s a BIG RD fan and I thought, well, he’s my brother, so he’s a smeee heaaaaa :) And so the chart was born.

This is my first pattern I’ve made and published online. I hope you like it. It’s snuggly and warm for baby, whether your out and about or at home.
