I was so thrilled when Heather of Earl Grey Fiber Company asked me to design a pattern for her 2019 Advent Calendar. I have had this idea floating around in my head and this was the perfect opportunity to use it. This cowl uses 3 20 gram mini skeins, but feel free to use 2 or more colors.

I originally designed this hat pattern for my mom when she was going through chemotherapy during the summer of 2014. I am relaunching it for the Tits Out Collective starting July, 2018. The expression Chin Up, Tits Out is a phrase often said by my Mother-In-Law for when we need to go conquer something we are intimidated by or don’t really want ...

Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat is a fun and quick knit. The beauty of Spincycle yarns is that no 2 skeins (even in the same dye lot) are alike. The change in colors within each skein always makes knitting an extra enjoyable experience. I love that my tech editor Heather and I have similar humor. While editing the pattern she had ‘The Time Warp’ from Rocky Horror Pic...

Is that faded brioche? Yes, my friends- it is!
Knitting: Cowl
Hi Everyone! This is a really fun knit I came up with while playing around with increases, decreases and syncopation in brioche to make this neat pattern.

Knitting: Cowl
NOTE: This pattern will be available to purchase on Ravelry after the Yarn Train event next month
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I designed this hat after I knit my husband a basic brioche hat. He liked how the decreases made the stitches spiral at the top. He asked if I would be able to get the stitches to spiral on the whole hat. The next day I came up with the Spiraling Out of Control hat.

The Coral Cowl was designed for Great Yarns! by Amanda Barry (@thatchickmadeit on Instagram and Ravelry). This cowl was designed for my Intro to Two color Brioche class. It is a very simple pattern to memorize.
Knitting: Mittens
I originally made these little mittens for a friend of mine whose little girl loved them. She came to me when she needed a gift for a friend who was having twins and these mittens were on the top of her list of wants.
Knitting: Cozy - Other
I love my friends- they order weird, off the wall items. My friend Christina texted me and asked if I could make her 4 shot glass cozies. I of course said yes and had to think about why she would want them. She has a bunch of different shot glasses friends have brought them from trips or that they have purchased themselves so it wasn’t matter o...
Knitting: Beret, Tam
My inspiration for this hat was from a cowl I came across on Craftsy. I have become addicted to creating patterns to make great lightweight hats that are fashionable and can be worn all year round. Thanks to my dear friend Anna for modeling the hat for me.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
My inspiration for this hat was 2 things- I had a friend who needed a hat for running, but I also was inspired by hats from the 30’s that were worn on the crown of the head. I also knit a child’s version of this hat for a family member named Addy who is going through cancer treatment. Addy can be seen modeling the hat in the pattern. This hat c...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque, Beret, Tam
I designed this hat for my mom who was going through cancer treatment during the summer of 2014. She wanted something light weight and pretty. This hat is great for all seasons. Great for advanced beginners to experts! I also made this hat in blue for a very special lady named Debbie Forsberg who is also going through cancer treatment. A huge t...

This is a knitting pattern for my herringbone slouch that I have designed and written up. I have made this hat for many people and they all love it, so I decided I would share with my fellow knitters. There are four sizes for this hat- baby, toddler, child, & teen/adult.
