This shawl/scarf is so soft and flowing. Cascade Superwash 220 is wonderful to work with and provides great stitch definition. Pattern repeat is simple and provides striking results with “diamond” studded interest. Double knitted diamonds and lace work diamonds add appeal.

Simple 10-row pattern repeat creates lovely ripple and wave effect with excellent three dimensional effect. Looks like a cable stitch, but is worked with straight needles. Double decrease on each edge forms a lattice-like border.
