This pattern was made specifically to fit my kid. It’s on the smaller size, so if the round is too small, add stitches in sets of 2 (i.e. increase the pattern from a foundation of 22 to 26 or 28) to fit, and adjust the pattern by adding 2 (or 4, or 6, etc) stitches to each round.
