Stromboli is the latest in my Knitaly series- tee patterns inspired and named for places in Italy. My dream is to one day visit all the places in the series! Stromboli is an island near Sicily, and the home of an active volcano (Mount Stromboli). The other patterns in the series are Tegna, Marettimo, Navelli, Misurina and Manarola.

The pattern has now been updated to include instructions for long sleeves and a v neck option. Happy knitting!

The Seward Socks are my idea of a perfect boot sock. I wear boots pretty much year round here in Alaska, and hand knit wool socks are an absolute must to pair with them in my opinion! A combination of simple colorwork and cables keep the knitting engaging and the results are stunning! These socks are knit from the cuff down with a short row heel.

Northerly is a top-down circular yoke sweater featuring colorwork, cables and lace for an engaging knit. It was loosely inspired by classic Scandinavian designs and the colors of Alaska in the winter. My sample was knit with elbow length sleeves and a cropped body, but these are adjustable to suit your preference!

Ilya is a top-down raglan featuring colowork and a cozy cowl neckline. The stranded colorwork is done using only 2 colors per round, with short floats, making it approachable for those new to the technique. The body and sleeve lengths are easily adjustable to create a perfect fit.
