The picture shows the sham being done in four colors, but it looks beautiful solid, ombred, or variegated as well! I used 1.5 skeins for each color using the I love this cotton! yarn for the Standard size pillow sham.

I used 2 skeins of Buttercream Alpaca Solids in Brown to make the scarf in the picture. Any size yarn from DK to Bulky would make a beautiful scarf with this pattern.

I used a DK weighted cotton yarn. I have used Worsted Weight yarn for this hat as well, but it does have to be a softer yarn for it to lay as a slouchy hat and not stand straight up.

Due to the harsh conditions bathing suits are subjected to, I would recommend using a more durable yarn, such as mercerized cotton or a cotton/rayon/nylon blend. You don’t have to line this bikini, but it with help with the way the bikini feels against your skin.
