There will be a total of four hats designed with men in mind, but they can be worn by any person shaped object. I got the idea to name these hats after the The Might Be Giants song Particle Man when I decided to name a hat Triangle hat.

This infinity scarf is knitted using a complex looking but fairly easy to follow stranded pattern. You can adjust the sizing based on the number of repeats you cast on, and it’s designed for a lightweight yarn, making it perfect for spring and summer.

I’ve grown to love these types of shawls. Lots of boring to set it up - so lovely mindless knitting - followed by an interesting edging pattern. The pattern looks fairly complex, but it’s pretty easy.

This shawl is first worked from bottom to top and then from side to side to attach the edging. It works by creating the base and then knitting along the edge of the base. Base stitches are kept live, so there’s no need to pick up stitches.

Hanakotoba is the Japanese language of flowers. I kept looking at the shawl and thinking “flower shawl” but that seemed too boring. Since the shawl was designed with a Japanese lace pattern, it seemed fitting to give it a Japanese name - that essentially means flower shawl.

This is a pretty good hat pattern if you’re fairly new to stranded knitting. The repeats are easy to follow, and the instructions tell you how to adjust the size of the hat.

This is a quick and easy pair of fingerless gloves. The pattern repeats frequently, and there are instructions for how to work the smocking. I managed to knit them up in just a few hours, so they’re great for a last minute gift.
