Knitting: Tee
Pinnet is a girl’s tunic-length shirt perfect for those warm spring days, or layered with a long-sleeved shirt underneath it in the winter.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Twisted stitches pop like lightning traveling down a background of reverse stockinette stitches. The textured twisted rib brim is stretchy and attractive.
Crochet: Potholder
A basic, multipurpose pattern that will have even the newest crocheter stitching up a storm! This potholder is double layered to hold up to even the hottest pots and pans, and easily goes from kitchen to table as a protective trivet. A little loop at one corner and you can hang the washable potholder from a hook, ready to grab and go!
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
A wonderfully warm pattern that can be knitted in several weights of yarn and customized to fit any person’s hands. A braided cable down the front of the gloves adds depth and texture.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
A wonderful one-size cabled hat designed to fit the smallest to largest heads – sizing is determined by creating a sideways-knit cabled band that fits perfectly around the recipient’s head, and picked up stitches complete the crown.
Knitting: Electronics Cozy
This is a simple recipe-type pattern to show how any handspun can be adapted in a pattern. I used almost all of a 4 ounce handspun in roughly DK weight.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
A cute, easy, and fast crocheted beanie pattern! The hat is made in all one piece with no yarn changes. Ribbon is then woven through the eyelets and a button flower attached. Great for photography props!
Knitting: Cowl
An intermediate cabled cowl makes a quick knit for gifts or just to keep yourself warm!
Knitting: Legwarmers
Hugs and Kisses Legwarmers is wonderfully simple design of ribbing and intermediate-level cabling. Sizing ranges from infant to preschooler but the ribbing will allow the legwarmers to fit in width well beyond the age they are made for.
