The Towers of Guernsey is based on Guernsey knit patterns. The two motifs are representative of the Towers of Guernsey and the central v-shaped represents the water’s edge of the island of Guernsey.

I was knitting this pattern with no idea for a title. I was watching a really strange movie, titled “Time Trap”. There were time loops within time loops. I thought, well the pattern has cables inside a large motif, could work. So tada, the title is Time Trap.
