Lincoln Park is a shawl with slightly unusual construction: it is knit side to side and increases quickly, with a relatively long back portion. This allows the shawl to be worn both traditionally (with a folded collar) or with a shawl pin as a capelet. Either way, it’s easy to wear to a garden party!

I have tiny feet, which means that when I make socks, I always have leftover yarn. I wanted to find a way to use the beautiful yarn that would have just languished in my stash otherwise. That was the inspiration for Adler.

The Belmont Beret is a slouchy, casual hat that can be made using just a single skein of worsted weight yarn. The slouchy version is perfect for running out to grab a cup of coffee, while the extra slouchy version (pictured) will accommodate a whole head of curls.
