This is a design made of right twist stitches making diagonal twists headed towards the opposite sock. This makes it so the patterning from both socks meet when your feet are beside each other.

This is a simple 5 row repeat pattern with knit, purl and slipped stitches that becomes intuitive. This pattern gives a nice textured pattern that can be knit across the front of the sock or around the entire sock.
