Knitting: Dress
A follow-up of my “Grey matter” dress using thicker yarn and needles which makes it less of a marathon ;)
Knitting: Cowl
After making my Ratjetoe mitts my stash was still enormous so I needed another stash buster :)
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
These easy Fair Isle fingerless mitts with thumb are worked with one ball of colour changing yarn and 3 contrasting colours. Choose your favourite combinations and enjoy the pattern!
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
My Herman is definitely a “Hartendiefje” (Dutch word for someone who steals your heart). He is always around everything i do with his beautiful loving character so these mitts are specially made for cuddling him ;)
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
De “Wijdesteeg” in Amsterdam has been turned into Ottograph Street by street-artists Hero de Janeiro & Ottograph. They turned it into Amsterdam’s most colorful and cheerful alley. It makes me smile :)
Knitting: Cowl
This supersoft & lightweight cowl is knitted in the round and finished with the kitchener stitch in the round for a seamless and double layered result.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves, Legwarmers
These legwarmers/sleeves are worn inside out (just because i love the wrong side of the work) and are extremely “vederlicht” which means that they hardly have any weight (only 18 gram each).
Crochet: Coaster
I loved making this bowl coaster & it’s a nice small project to use up your leftovers. I used a larger hook than the yarn asks for because it turns out nicer when the coaster is felted. Donegal tweed is one of my favorite yarns, even after felting, those tiny tweedy dots are still visible.
Knitting: Cowl
This seamless, circular one piece cowl can be made with any weight yarn and as much colours as you like. You can easily size the pattern up or down and experiment with shades (also nice to use up your leftovers).
Knitting: Knee-highs
These Fair Isle socks are knitted toe up with two balls of colour changing yarn using Judy’s Magic Cast-on method.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
These armwarmers/sleeves are completely knitted in the round and have no thumb opening. Happy knitting :)
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
These fingerless wrist warmers with thumb opening are knitted in the round with two different colors: shown on the photo are “pea green” and “clover leaf”, 20 grams of each color (Holst garn supersoft). Of course you can choose your own favorite colors and any fingering superfine yarn!
