Knitting: Convertible Gloves
I designed these mittens for my nephew for Valentine’s Day, compromising between the freedom of fingerless gloves he wanted and the warmth of mittens with the addition of a mitten flap. I’m a fan of this option too as sometimes you need to use your hands (like for your phone) but it’s too cold in winter to take your gloves off entirely. Of cour...
Knitting: Beret, Tam
I designed this hat for season 2 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisels (on Amazon Prime). I was given a few reference images for inspiration, and to be appropriate to late 1950s, and off I went!
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Inspired (or maybe obsessed?) with lobster mittens a friend was knitting, I had to make lobster socks to go along with them. Crabs seemed like a fitting companion to the lobsters so they came along for the ride too. These are really fun socks to knit, which for me made them also strangely fast to knit too. I guess I just couldn’t put them down!
Knitting: Legwarmers
I designed these legwarmers to fit my large calves. Most legwarmer patterns (or tall boots for that matter) don’t fit me and I figured I am probably not alone in this issue.

Though the mittens can stretch to fit larger adult sizes, for comfort you may want to increase needle and yarn size slightly for larger adult hands. Pictures show the gloves on my larger adult hands and my nieces hands for co...
Knitting: Gloves
I designed these opera length gloves to fit my wider arms. Most accessory patterns are not designed with plus sizing in mind which for me leads to tighter fits or having to do my own adjustments. I wanted a pair of elegant, simple and long gloves for colder weather and so I came up with this pattern to accommodate my wider forearms with comfort...
