This is a leg warmer meant to go under someone’s pants or boots. There are 2 different lengths and 3 sizes. I created these leg Warmers / Boot Cuffs for my daughter since we were headed for a cold winter and were not prepared accept the fact I had lots of yarn and hooks. These kept her little legs nice n toasty.
