This is an easy pattern intended for beginning level crocheters. It has step by step instructions with pictures, and you only need to know three stitches and how to sew a button.

This is a modern translation with a step by step guide with pictures for a Victorian Omega shawl. The original pattern is from Weldon’s Practical Crochet, Series Two (1895). As is typical for these patterns, there were some steps omitted. They have been filled in and explained.

This is an original pattern for a Valentine’s Day heart pillow. It is worked in the round, and it is of intermediate difficulty. The good news is that you can use just about any worsted weight yarn for this.
