Crochet: Throw
This blanket is made in panels which connect as you go. It uses only a Tunisian Simple Stitch and a Slip Stitch. There are three sizes available. I used 1 skein of each color and 2 skeins of white.
Crochet: Baby Blanket
This pattern is made mostly in Single Crochet, with some Double Crochet and only one seam. It is good for beginners. Since I tend to use a very tight tension, your gauge and size might different if you crochet more loosely.
Crochet: Throw
This is worked much like a graphgan but uses a written pattern. With the exception of the border, it is worked entirely in single crochet. For this afghan, I used 1 skein each of Red Heart Super Saver Turquoise and Pretty in Pink. Two skeins of Red Heart Super Saver Bright Yellow and Pumpkin. Three skeins each of Red Heart Super Saver white. Tw...
Crochet: Decorative - Other
Pattern for a six-foot-tall granny square Christmas tree with star topper. I used 2 skeins of each color, plus a one-pound skein of dark green to make the cap and join all the squares.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
A super soft shawl with the perfect color gradient. Worked in simple stitches and in one piece.
Crochet: Baby Blanket
A reversable baby afghan with stripes on one side and white on the other. With alternating rows of color, each row of holes offers a view of a different color. Worked entirely in double crochet, quite easy, and twice as warm as other blankets.
Crochet: Rug
A striking doily rug made from Lion Brand Hometown Yarn using mostly double crochet, half double crochet, and popcorn stitches.
Crochet: Scarf
A nice lightweight scarf in one size option, very quick and easy to work up in only single crochet and slip stitch.
Crochet: Baby Blanket
The afghan is worked in Tunisian Entrelac stitch to produce a harlequin pattern of alternating colors. If using two colors, you will likely need 1250 yards of each. The ruffles are worked in SC, DC, and chains.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
An oversized asymmetrical shawl worked in DC and V-stitch. Yarns used are four gradient shades of yellow, 1 skein each of the lighter colors and 1.5 skeins of the darkest one.
Crochet: Scarf
A lovely textured scarf worked in the Herringbone Stitch using Malabrigo Rios 862 Piedras. Color shifts are frequent enough to provide a fresh color for nearly each stitch. Soft and silky, it works up beautifully. There is a link to a tutorial for the Herringbone Stitch provided in the pattern.
