While watching season 3 of My Name is Earl, I noticed Billie was wearing a great hat in the episode where she hits Earl with her car. This is my attempt at recreating that hat. It’s a newsboy style cap with a shorter purled brim and 1x4 rib. It is a very quick project - even with all the do-overs, I had it done in one day.

Wonderfully warm slipper socks for children and adults! These slipper socks are knit to form a tube and lace up, so that they can fit a wide range of sizes. Very easy with minimal seaming.

What could be more fun than your own Loch Ness monster? Measuring about 9” from head to tail, Nessie is made of Peace Fleece wool/mohair blend. This pattern works up in a couple hours and is good for advanced-beginner crocheters.

This pattern is a bit more complex than my original fruits and veggies patterns as it involves working through the back loops for multiple rounds and textured stitches.

This pattern is much like a granny square, only it starts out with a 5-open-petaled flower and then the granny square is started from behind the flower so that the petals are free and more distinguishable then if the granny square were started in the petals.
