Knitting: Cowl
This dressy but practical head and neck covering starts with a scalloped garter edge, then a simple shell lace with garter stitch for the main body. The tube width is slowly narrowed for a snugger fit around the head and face when worn up, and to sit neatly around the neck when worn down.
