The Better Cabled Scarf was inspired by a not-so-great commercially made cabled scarf I saw on the rack at Target and wanted to improve. The scarf is very simple and features a 1x1 ribbed edging and garter panels on either side of two 6-stitch cables. My design uses a XOXO cable pattern, but you can use whatever cable pattern you like!

The Small Green Childlike Alien is cute and cuddly. It is crocheted using two colors of yarn (green and brown). Other materials that you will need include safety eyes, a stitch marker, darning needle, polyester fiber fill, and additional props as desired (e.g., small bowl or ball). The finished doll is about 4” tall.
