Knitting: Fingerless Gloves, Gloves, Mittens
This pattern contains gloves, mittens and their convertible versions and is designed to be worked in the round. I use 2 circular needles but they can also be made using other circular methods. The finger cover is patterned on the back and plain on the front just as the mittens are.
Knitting: Boot Cuffs / Toppers, Feet / Legs - Other
These boot cuffs come is a number of sizes and are suitable for ankle boots as well as longer boots.
Crochet: Boot Cuffs / Toppers, Feet / Legs - Other
I love boot cuffs in the winter as they keep my ankles and calves a bit warmer without having to wear thick socks.
Crochet: Scarf
I love flowers in the winter as I find they cheer me up. This neck warmer has rosebuds that could be done in any number of colours to bring a bit of cheer to dreary winter days. I use a shawl pin designed and made by a friend as a closure.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
This pattern is written for 2 circular needles. It uses the Turkish cast on, a no wrap short row heel and a stretchy bind off, all fully explained. (The stitch pattern is 3 stitches for those who wish to use a different circular method).
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
The pattern has an easy to remeber 3 row pattern. These 3 rows will be approx 1.5” after blocking. I have made the shawl with a 40” drop but you can make it as long as you like. The edging is made on 2 rows.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
This pattern is written for 2 circular needles. It uses the Turkish cast on, a no wrap short row heel and a stretchy bind off, all fully explained. (The stitch pattern is 6 stitches for those who wish to use a different circular method).
Knitting: Bib
This pattern was designed with toddlers in mind. They usually need a larger bib to cover their fronts. Size is approximately 10 ½” long (6 ¼ neck to bottom) not including the ties and 10” wide. I used 2 colours for a bit of contrast.
Crochet: Hanging Ornament
The pattern is written with US terms but the UK equivelents are also included.You will need 1” plastic curtain rings to make this pattern (or whatever material you wish to use). There are three different decorations, which are suitable for hanging on your Christmas tree, door knobs or other places you may choose.

This bib has been worked in the Victorian style from crochet cotton. The finished item will be 11” long x 8 ¼” wide (5 ½ from neck to bottom). This does not include the ties.
