This cowl was designed with 2 colors of the lovely Wool/Alpaca blends from valhallayarns.com. It is one of those yarns that is so soft it has to be touched to be appreciated. You will need about 120 yards of color A and 80 yards of color B.

This cowl uses 2 hanks of Malabrigo Merino Worsted, or 410 yards of other worsted weight yarn. It has wonderful texture that looks great unblocked. I lightly steamed the twisted rib edges to relax them a little, but let the center portion untouched.
